What is Yazz Security? #
Yazz Security Services is a newly incorporated Zambian security company that serves as the physical security backbone for the Ndeipi, Migodi-Auric, and Believe Cash ecosystem. It was established as a standalone entity — separate from Migodi-Auric Ltd — to enable independent operations, third-party contracts, and dedicated regulatory licensing under Zambia's Private Security Act.
Yazz Security draws directly on the founding team's deep experience in African security operations. The Migodi-Auric founding network has prior expertise through GuardForce ERP — an enterprise resource planning system deployed across five African countries with clients including G4S Zambia, KK Security Kenya, and Securico Zimbabwe.

Corporate Structure #
Yazz Security Services is incorporated in Zambia as a standalone company — not a division or subsidiary of Migodi-Auric Ltd. This structure is intentional:
- Independent licensing — Zambia's Private Security Regulation Act requires dedicated licensing. A standalone entity holds its own PSA licence without dependency on Migodi-Auric's corporate structure.
- Third-party revenue — As a standalone company, Yazz Security can contract directly with third-party clients beyond the Migodi-Auric ecosystem, creating an independent revenue stream from day one.
- Liability separation — Physical security operations carry distinct liability profiles. Structural separation protects Migodi-Auric's financial and regulatory standing.
- VisionCog technology edge — AI surveillance capability provides a competitive differentiator over incumbent Zambian security operators, enabling premium pricing for technology-enhanced security contracts.
