โกGetting Started
Quickstart
The fastest path to understanding where you fit in the Migodi-Auric ecosystem โ whether you are a cooperative society, institutional investor, or technology integrator.
Choose Your Path #
The Migodi-Auric ecosystem serves three distinct participant types. Each has a different entry point, onboarding process, and primary interface with the system.
Cooperative Society
You produce commodities and want to access institutional settlement pricing, Believe Cash payment infrastructure, and the Aurion spot market.
Institutional Investor
You are evaluating NDX, Coop Coin/Bar instruments, or the Aurion derivative pipeline as an investment or capital deployment opportunity.
Developer / Integrator
You are building on the NMX/DMX ledger, integrating with the Aurion terminal API, or deploying UTMD IoT nodes.
Cooperative Society #
1
Verify registration
Confirm your cooperative holds a valid Cooperative Societies Development Act certificate. Contact Coop Pay Ltd if registration support is needed.
2
Open ABSA account
Your cooperative must hold an ABSA Bank Zambia account. This is required for all settlement flows.
3
Complete Coop Pay onboarding
Submit your cooperative details to Coop Pay Ltd. The Migodi-Auric field team will conduct a production audit and issue your NMX ID.
4
Access Believe Cash
Once onboarded, your cooperative members can receive payments and access the Believe Cash terminal network.
Institutional Investor #
1
Review the NSE prospectus
The formal NSE prospectus for 1,000,000 NDX at $10 is the primary investment document. Contact the Migodi-Auric capital team for access.
2
Accredited investor qualification
NDX participation requires accredited investor status (or equivalent jurisdiction qualification) per SEC/CFTC March 2026 guidance.
3
DESA execution
Institutional participation is governed by the Deferred Equity Subscription Agreement (DESA). Review ROFR terms and settlement elections (NDX vs. AGD).
Developer / Integrator #
1
Review NMX/DMX documentation
Understand the dual-ledger architecture before beginning any integration.
2
API access request
Contact the Migodi-Auric technology team (George Kachambwa, CTO) for Aurion terminal API credentials and sandbox access.
3
UTMD node deployment
For IoT integrations (solar farms, warehouse sensors, terminal monitoring), request UTMD node provisioning documentation.
