Vision & Mission
The civilizational thesis behind Migodi-Auric โ making African productive assets legible to global capital, starting with Zambia's cooperative economy.
Vision #
A world in which every gram of gold mined by a Zambian cooperative, every kilogram of copper smelted, every tonne of maize harvested โ is automatically legible, tradeable, and financeable at global institutional standards. Not eventually. Now.
Civilizational Thesis #
Africa produces extraordinary wealth. Zambia alone produces ~800,000 tonnes of copper annually and sits atop world-class gold deposits. Yet the systems that would allow this wealth to be held, traded, and leveraged at institutional scale โ warehouse receipt infrastructure, tokenized settlement rails, regulated derivative markets, institutional-grade custody โ simply do not exist for the cooperative sector that produces much of it.
This is not a market failure. It is an infrastructure absence. Migodi-Auric fills that absence.
Long-Term Goals #
- Zambia as proof of concept: Full cooperative trade floor, Aurion derivatives live, NDX listed on multiple exchanges
- African expansion: Replicate the Migodi-Auric infrastructure model across five additional African countries within five years of Zambia activation
- African Diaspora Bank: Domicile a dedicated diaspora banking and insurance institution (Bermuda engagement with Premier David Burt underway)
- PDAC 2027: Expression of interest submitted; mining sector institutional investor visibility
- NIT Lusaka & Ndeipi Studios: Build technology and creative talent infrastructure in Lusaka to ensure ecosystem sovereignty
